Post-Doc and Intern Positions at the TecSE Lab

Our various ISF- and ERC-funded projects have openings for graduate students, graduate interns, and post-docs starting in 2024 or later. We’re looking for applicants in Programming Languages or Software Engineering, with a special focus on experience in:
– Program pynthesis
– Program verification
– Developer tools
– Observational studies of developers

Our Group: The Technion Software Engineering Lab is headed by Prof. Shachar Itzhaky and Prof. Hila Peleg, and currently consists of three PhD students and six research MSc students. We specialize in producing tools that will help developers write correct code faster and maintain it more easily. We work on cool projects, are well-funded, and are fun to work with (even if we do say so ourselves).

The Technion is a world-renowned technical institution, one of two research universities located in sunny Haifa, Israel. The Technion is at the forefront of cutting-edge research and innovation, both in Israel and world-wide. Visitors often live on campus, atop the Carmel mountain, but the campus is connected to Haifa’s beaches and night-life areas via an aerial cable car.
